We're glad you're here.

A space to better understand yourself and how you connect with others.

How Personality Health began.

We didn't come to the study of personalities because we had relationships figured out. We came to it because we loved each other, but there were times when our differences were hard to understand. What felt natural to one of us could feel confusing—or even hurtful—to the other.

Over the years, we began studying personalities more deeply and became fascinated by the subconscious wiring beneath the way people think, feel, communicate, and respond under stress. Along the way, a message from our pastor helped us see something important: the other person wasn't the enemy. We were often reacting from different wiring without realizing it.

That changed the questions we started asking. Instead of, "Why are you acting like this?" we became more curious about, "What's happening underneath this?"

Understanding the subconscious wiring beneath our reactions changed the way we loved each other.

It gave us language for things we had struggled to explain, helped us stop taking every difference personally, and allowed us to understand each other with more compassion.

Personality Health grew out of that experience. We believe that when you understand your own personality—and begin to understand the subconscious patterns shaping the people you love—you can communicate differently, repair differently, and build stronger relationships.

Why we built Personality Health.

Personality Health was created to make the study of personalities and subconscious wiring practical and personal—helping you better understand yourself, recognize what may be happening beneath someone else's behavior, and connect with the people who matter to you with greater clarity and compassion.

The study of the subconscious.

Most of our inner dialogue runs beneath the surface. When we learn to hear it, we start to notice when our thoughts are steering our emotions. How we feel shapes how we show up, especially in our relationships. That kind of self-awareness changes your relationship with yourself, and it can be the biggest thing you do for your relationships with others.

Start with a little self-discovery.
