Privacy Notice
This is the plain-language version, and it is the whole of it. If something here is unclear, ask us and we will fix the wording.
What we collect
This is everything Personality Health stores about you.
Your account
The email address you sign up with, and the account identifiers we use to sign you in.
Your first name
Only when you start the test from the app. If you take the test directly on the test site, your first name is not stored with the result.
Your Enneagram test
Your answers, and the type and triad calculated from them. If you take the test directly on the test site, your answers are not stored with the result — only the type and triad are.
The results version you selected
When you take the test directly on the test site, we store which version of the results you chose to see, so the right result page can be shown.
Your daily check-ins
What you record each day — health level, the feeling or thought you pick, context or notes you add, emotional impact, your growth step or practice, your anchor thought, and any reflection you write.
Your tracker history
The history and trends built from your past check-ins.
Feedback you send us
If you rate a result, we store the type, your rating, whether it felt accurate, and any comment you write.
Why we collect it
To show you your own results and trends. Your answers become your type; your check-ins become your history. That is what the app is for.
We do not use your data to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell it.
Who can see it
Only you.
Results and feedback are not publicly readable. Public access to the database is limited to submitting a result or feedback — there is no public read access to any table.
Sharing with a friend, partner or coach is something you would have to explicitly grant, and that feature is not part of this pilot.
A small number of people on our team can access stored data when they need to operate or fix the service.
What we never do
We never sell your data.
We never run third-party advertising or marketing tracking pixels on Personality Health.
We never use your check-ins to diagnose you. Personality Health is not medical or mental-health care.
How to leave
You can stop using Personality Health at any time and ask us to delete your account and the data tied to it.
You can delete your account and data from Settings. If you prefer, email 4mrgarcia@gmail.com and we will do it for you.
On request we remove your account, your results, your check-ins, your profile, and the events linked to you. That covers your sign-in account, the records held in the app's database, and the rows held in the test site's database — including the answers and first name kept when you start the test from the app, and the results version and result page kept when a result is claimed.
Deletion is permanent. We do not offer restore.
Two things are not removed by an account deletion request. Historical anonymous averages are kept: they no longer identify you. We keep operational event logs, which are not deleted with your account.
Feedback comments are not linked to your account, so an account deletion request cannot remove them. If you want a comment removed, email 4mrgarcia@gmail.com with the text and we will delete it.
